Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the promised timeframe, you will receive a compensation coupon as a goodwill gesture. For Special Express Delivery, only the regular delivery fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Reporting Issues
Any concerns regarding faulty or damaged products must be reported to our customer support team using the official contact options available on our website.
Customers must return the damaged item within the time limit provided by our support team, following the instructions shared.
Faulty or Damaged Items
You may request a return or exchange within three (3) working days of delivery if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note: Items damaged due to customer negligence, mishandling, or misuse will not be accepted for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Redelivery Charges
If your order is lost, damaged, or needs rescheduling, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fee for any reattempt.

Graceful Collection reserves the right to decline any return, refund, or exchange request if:
- Adequate proof of damage is not provided.
- The complaint is made after the allowed timeframe.
